Use two-factor sign-in
Add another check before someone reaches the workspace.
Security
Your files, locked down.
Encrypted storage, access controls, activity logs, and sharing permissions — all built in. You control who sees what, and you can audit every action.
Access control
You decide who sees what.
Share files with specific people, set link permissions, password-protect shares, and revoke access instantly. Every access decision is logged.
- Share selected files and folders without exposing the whole workspace
- Use link controls such as passwords, expiry, and download permissions when available
- Review shared items and remove access from one place

Account security
Protect your account.
Two-factor authentication, session management, and device tracking. See where your account is signed in and end sessions remotely.
Recognize active sessions
See connected devices and understand where the account is being used.
Remove what is unfamiliar
End sessions that no longer belong.
02
File request security
Control what comes in.
File requests let people upload to you without seeing your drive. You can set file type restrictions, size limits, and review every submission before it stays.
Set the request policy
Choose stronger checks for file requests when the situation calls for them.
Review what arrives
Keep submissions tied to the request that collected them.
Respond with context
Handle incoming work with the request, owner, and destination still visible.
Work in motion
Security is built into every action.
Encryption, access controls, and audit logging happen automatically. You do not need to configure anything — it works from day one.
